  West Sound Cafe is a casual and homey location with a rock star chef and a menu that will please herbivores and carnivores alike. A bit edgy and a lot of delicious, you can relax taking in the views of west sound as you explore a menu carefully thought out that is sure to inspire and delight. There isn't an item on the menu that will disappoint. Get an entree or have fun with the variety of vegetable sides and small plates available, either way, you will not regret it.

  This used to be a great place to eat. The current cook (dishwasher really) has no clue on how to prepare food. Avoid oysters (he clearly never shucked one before), salads (no clue on how to make dressing), pasta (looks and tastes like dog's breakfast), or fish and chips (waste of really good halibut - even the Brits did it better in the darkest of ages). Very sad that this once charming place has become what it is. Staff is still great, but bring your own food.
